Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace, Mississauga, has an exciting opportunity for a Program Planner. This role involves coordinating production plans to meet customer requirements, including milestone planning, scheduling, and material availability.

  • Analyze current and future production capacity
  • Monitor production performance against plans
  • Report progress and constraints to management; identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support material planning for current and future production needs

Position Requirements

  • Post-secondary education
  • 3-5 years experience in material and production planning
  • APICS qualification is an asset
  • ERP implementation experience is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, MS Project, and database software
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage processes, make decisions, and work effectively in ambiguous situations
  • Organized with strong analytical skills and business acumen
