Job summary

TalentWorld is seeking a Reach Truck and Counterbalance Operator in Guelph, Ontario. The role demands safe operation of Raymond Reach and counterbalance equipment and requires CSA-approved safety footwear. This is a temporary-to-permanent posting with straight days, afternoons, and nights available.

Pay is $22.98 per hour plus shift premiums. Candidates should have up to 12 months forklift experience and a valid out-of-house certification, with reliable attendance and ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Up to 12 months of forklift operation experience with a valid out of house certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain accuracy in inventory tasks.
• CSA approved safety shoes required and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely following company policy.
• Stock products in racking systems and verify inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
