Rockwell Automation is seeking a warehouse associate for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 2:30pm-1:00am) to perform material handling, shipping and receiving duties and support production. You will operate forklifts, process SAP transactions, and collaborate with planners and engineers to drive efficiency and safety.
The role requires lifting up to 35 lbs, basic high school education, and 1 year related experience; a Lift Truck Licence is preferred with a 3-month option to obtain it if offered.

Job Description Perform the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift. Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages pulling parts from inventory and delivery them for assembly production.
This position is for the 2nd shift, working Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am. You will report to the Inventory control supervisor.
Perform material handling functions, including kitting, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory stocking, and SAP transactions. Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders while ensuring accuracy of shipping and receiving documentation. Manage inventory through stock put-away, shelf organisation, FIFO practices, and delivery of materials to production and other departments. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely while following quality, safety, and company procedures. Collaborate with planners, engineers, and team members to support production needs, continuous improvement programmes, training activities, and operations.
We prefer a Valid Lift Truck Licence. The candidate bases this preference on minimum experience with Tow Motor - Reach Truck Operations, Powered Pump Trucks, and BT Basket. If you do not have a valid Lift Truck Licence, you will need to obtain this licence within 3 months of your start date in the role if we offer you the position. Fall Protection training Read and understanding written instructions, i.e., Cambridge Specific Procedures (CSPs) and Documented Work Instructions (DWIs) Use a computer to view, log, and find appropriate job-related information, i.e., SAP, FTPC Use manual tools, power tools, machinery, devices and material handling equipment. Demonstrate proficiency of assigned responsibilities required to achieve customer satisfaction, including SAP, Factory Talk and Kronos.

This posting is for a newly created position within our organisation. For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $43,200 - $64,800 CAD Annual with an annual target bonus of 4% of base salary. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience. This position is part of a job family.
