Orlick Industries Ltd. in Ontario is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to maintain the smooth flow of parts through the production process and ensure materials are stored properly.

You will operate forklift equipment safely, monitor on-hand inventory, and assist with shipping as needed to support production lines. Qualificações

• Forklift license is required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Previous inventory experience is an asset.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and parts is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the effective flow of production parts from cast, to work in process, to finished goods.
• Ensure all materials are stored and maintained in an appropriate manner.
• Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment (forklift, etc.) to facilitate continuous production.
• Monitor production lines and keep supplied with required components.
• Monitor on-hand inventory of component parts.
• Record information using appropriate documentation and attach identifying labels to products.
• Assist with shipping functions as required.

Material Handler/ Forklift Operator

Position Summary:

The Material Handler/ Forklift Operator is responsible for safely maintaining the flow of goods through each step of the production process and ensuring all materials are stored in an appropriate manner.

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hour weekly rotating shifts
