Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Oshawa, ON

Shift Timings: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hr

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, sort, prepare, and ship boxes and pallets of warehouse materials daily.
2. Interact with company contacts and carriers for shipping and receiving functions.
3. Maintain a safe and clean warehouse environment.
4. Keep online records and work reports updated daily.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Physically capable of moving boxes weighing 15-30 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
2. Ability to operate manual pallet jacks (forklift license not required).
3. Proficient in computer use, including emails, material tracking, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and carrier shipping programs.
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to resolve shipment inquiries.
5. Independent, reliable, with a customer service orientation.
