Key Responsibilities

1. Operate all power-operated equipment safely and efficiently, requiring certification
2. Move products safely and efficiently, including loading and unloading trucks
3. Pick and pack items for shipment, potentially using a forklift
4. Label and prepare items for shipment
5. Coordinate with Inventory Control on product placement
6. Complete paperwork and time-tracking documentation
7. Maintain warehouse order and ensure pallet availability
8. Restock items not needed short-term according to procedures
9. Update Warehouse Management System with transactions
10. Perform daily safety checks and battery charging procedures
11. Schedule freight pickups and deliveries with couriers
12. Assist with cycle counting and inventories
13. Support team in meeting customer expectations
14. Report issues or concerns to supervisor or team lead
15. Participate in process improvement initiatives
16. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
17. Support quality, health, and safety standards and policies
18. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Current forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Basic math and reading skills
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions
• Attention to detail for accuracy
• Teamwork ability
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 40 pounds solo and heavier with assistance
• Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stretching, standing, and working at heights
