You will operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system independently, following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Use your technical skills to improve line and system performance to meet business needs.

How you will contribute

You play a key role in transforming how the world snacks. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. You will follow all standard work procedures using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance), observe safety protocols, perform quality assurance activities, and report equipment losses.

Additional role details include participating safely in warehouse activities such as truck loading/unloading, storing finished goods, order picking, palletizing, and adhering to safety and quality checks.

Extra skills you will bring:

Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment, including physical activities like lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, and pulling. Must have forklift experience and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs (25 kg).

Education / Certifications:

Forklift license

Own transportation or access to city bus is available.

Work 12-hour rotating continental shifts.
