What You’ll Do
  • Material Handling: Operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move materials accurately and safely around the facility, ensuring timely support to production teams.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory locations, enforce quarantines and material hold points, and input material movements into SAP to keep inventory current and support production needs.
  • Fabrication Support: Cut and measure wood and fabric products for packaging using hand tools such as saws, drills, and air guns, supporting shop staff with precise material preparation.
  • Production Support: Understand daily production requirements, stage and pick items accurately under supervision, and ensure materials are delivered promptly to meet operational demands.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world‑class safety culture.
What You’ll Bring

Must‑haves:

  • Forklift operation experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory systems such as SAP.
  • Ability to read and interpret job cards, instructions, and safety procedures accurately.
  • Strong hands‑on skills with tools for cutting and measuring materials safely and precisely.

Nice‑to‑haves:

  • Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with safety compliance and hazard recognition in a warehouse or production setting.
  • Basic math skills including algebra and geometry for practical problem solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented culture with a positive attitude.
