Job summary

Culligan Water in Brantford, Ontario is hiring for a Saturday-only customer service associate. You will help customers in-store and over the phone, assist with product selection, and ensure a clean, inviting storefront.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, handling transactions at the POS, and promoting Culligan products and services to both new and returning customers. Prior customer service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50lbs continuously.
• Outgoing, friendly, and a desire to help people.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.

Saturday ONLY 9am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Carry out water jugs and bags of water softener salt to customers
• Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
• Keeping the store clean and shelves stocked
• Promote and up-sell products and services to new and current customers
• Handle money, run the cash register and POS machine
