Job summary

Culligan of Canada in Brantford, Ontario, is seeking a Saturday-only Customer Service Assistant to help customers with water treatment products and related services. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, keep the store organized, and support sales through promotion and upselling.

The role emphasizes friendliness, reliability, and strong communication skills, with a focus on assisting customers while maintaining a clean, stocked store and handling transactions using the POS

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs continuously.
• Outgoing, friendly, and a desire to help people.
• Excellent interpersonal and phone communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.

• Carry out water jugs and bags of water softener salt to customers
• Assist customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
• Keeping the store clean and shelves stocked
• Promote and up-sell products and services to new and current customers
• Handle money, run the cash register and POS machine
