Job summary

Halliburton in Canada’s Alberta region seeks an inventory-focused materials handler to support goods receipts, issues and accurate billing. You will count, reconcile, and manage inventory while coordinating with PSLs, Plant Maintenance, and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires a high school diploma (two year degree preferred) and prior warehouse experience. Physical activity and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two year degree preferred.
• 3+ years of related material handling experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) is expected.
• Physical ability to perform inventory organization and receipt activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inventory related issues including goods receipts and goods issues to sales orders.
• Perform inventory counting and reconciliation to support timely billing.
• Maintain understanding of PSL products and interfaces with Plant Maintenance and Finance & Admin.
• Follow procedures for inventory organization and parts receiving.

Job Description

Job Duties:

• Under general supervision, position generally works directly with a product service line (PSL) and is responsible for handling all inventory related issues such as goods receipts, goods issues to the sales orders, inventory counting and reconciliation, to support timely and accurate billing.
• This position also requires an understanding of the relevant PSL and their products.
• Performs other duties and activities as directed.
• The position requires knowledge of all interfaces with the PSL’s, Plant Maintenance, and Finance & Admin, where applicable to materials usage.

Qualifications:

• Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in Canada will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two year degree preferred.
• Two years of related experience in material handling.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Experience with computers and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• This position will require physical activities including but not limited to inventory organization, parts receiving, etc.
• Organization skills and attention to detail highly preferred.
