Alignerr Corp. in Canada seeks Masters and PhD-level researchers to tackle multi-disciplinary AI training challenges and advance how AI systems think, reason, and solve problems.

This fully remote hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and the freedom to work on rigorous problems alongside leading AI labs. Fluent in English, you will work asynchronously and deliver high-quality, well-documented results.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in research, publications, or complex technical projects.

Who You Are

• Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
• Strong track record in research, publications, or complex technical project management
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with sharp analytical and critical thinking skills
• Clear, precise written communicator comfortable conveying complex ideas with clarity
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Familiarity with AI model training, prompt engineering, or RLHF workflows
• Cross-disciplinary research experience spanning multiple STEM domains
