Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited Master’s program with graduation no earlier than Dec 2027.
• Knowledge in cultural analysis, authentic media representation, or inclusive design.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to identify friction points and underserved player needs in game content.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to expanding the Inclusive Design Knowledge Base with guidance and templates.
• Support the team with project management tasks in Asana and Google Drive.
• Provide guidance on cultural sensitivities and geopolitical context through content reviews.
• Engage with stakeholders to offer insights on game-related content.
• Track metrics and consolidate insights to inform future work.
