Job summary

City of London, Canada is seeking a qualified Plumber to install, repair and maintain plumbing, heating and process piping across various City facilities.

The role requires completing Grade 12 with an apprenticeship, plus licenses including Master Plumbers Licence and Certificate of Qualification as a Plumber, and a working knowledge of OHSA. Shift work may be required.

Works under the direction of the Supervisor or designate. Installs, repairs and maintains plumbing, heating, process piping and auxiliary equipment at various City owned Facilities.

Educations Qualifications:

Successful completion of Grade 12 in the Province of Ontario or equivalent plus successful completion of an apprenticeship as a Plumber.

Specialized Training & Licenses:

• Valid Class G Driver's Licence.
• Master Plumbers Licence.
• Valid Certificate of Qualification as a Plumber.
• Working knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
• Backflow Inspection Certificate.

Note: Shift work may be required.

Compensation & Other Information:

$37.82 - $42.04 per hour
