We’re looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Master Data Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our master data across various systems. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data, which is essential for effective decision-making and operational efficiency.

WORKING HOURS:

This is a fully remote position based anywhere in Canada, with the understanding that occasional office visits and travel may be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain master data in our systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure data quality and resolve any data-related issues.
• Perform regular data audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity.
• Support data migration and integration projects.
• Provide training and support to end-users on data management best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Familiarity with D365 FO or other ERP systems
• Proven experience as a Master Data Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in data management tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
