Job summary

Medcan Clinic is seeking a licensed Registered Massage Therapist to join our Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation team as an Independent Contractor. This flexible role supports a 2-3 half-day per week commitment during business hours with schedules determined mutually, across York Mills, Markham, and Toronto locations.

You will provide clinical massage therapy, maintain detailed clinical documentation, and collaborate with physicians and other therapists to ensure high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Massage Therapist.
• Must be in good standing of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
• Must have appropriate professional liability insurance.
• Must possess competency in multiple massage techniques; including but not limited to, Swedish massage, facial therapy, and trigger point therapy.

The Opportunity

The Medcan Clinic is recruiting for a skilled massage therapist to join our high-performing and fast-growing team of practitioners within Medcan’s Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation service.

This is an Independent Contractor position seeking a 2-3 (half days) commitment per week during business hours Monday - Saturday (9-5pm). The specific schedule/hours will be mutually determined and has some flexibility.

• York Mills (4120 Yonge Street)
• Markham (600 Cochrane Drive)
• Toronto (150 York Street)

What You’ll Do

• The provision of clinical massage therapy services
• Maintain complete and detailed clinical documentation and records

What You’ll Need

Position Pay Range

$45 - $65/hr. Medcan's Allied Health professionals are independent contractors. Remuneration for this role will be dependent on number of days worked, patient volume and level of candidate's experience and qualification. The above range pertains solely to base earnings based on fee split rates and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.
