Job summary

Medcan Health Management Inc. in Toronto is seeking a licensed Physiotherapist to join our Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation team as an Independent Contractor. This role focuses on Saturday commitments for half days or full days, with potential to add days Monday to Friday in the future.

The clinic is located at 150 York Street, and compensation is hourly, based on fee split rates and experience, with a base pay range of $70–$150 CAD per hour.

Qualifications

• Physiotherapy degree and current registration in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Minimum two years’ experience with orthopedic and sports injuries is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and superior organization/time management.

• Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal conservative care.
• Demonstrate exceptional clinical care practices and professionalism.
• Integrate Chiropractic services into an existing collaborative practice environment.
• Work alongside physicians, physiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, massage therapists, fitness professionals and other physiotherapists.
• Emphasize inter-professional collaborations through effective communication and coordinated treatment plans.

The Opportunity: The Medcan Clinic is recruiting for a licensed Physiotherapist to join our high-performing and fast-growing team of practitioners within Medcan’s Sports Medicine, Therapy and Rehabilitation service. This is an Independent Contractor position seeking a Saturday commitment for half days or full days to start. There may also be the opportunity to additional days Monday - Friday in the future. Our Toronto clinic is located at 150 York Street.

What You’ll Do:

Position Pay Range $70 - $150/hr Medcan's Allied Health professionals are independent contractors. Remuneration for this role will be dependent on number of days worked, patient volume and level of candidate's experience and qualification. The above range pertains solely to base earnings based on fee split rates and is not inclusive of additional compensation details such as perks, benefits, and potential bonuses or incentives.
