Job summary

Danaher Corporation is seeking a Director of Mass Spectrometry Product Management to lead the roadmap for mass spectrometry platforms, LC, and related workflows. You will translate customer needs and market trends into product requirements and lifecycle decisions, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver differentiated solutions.

You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Quality, Service, and external partners, driving growth and portfolio optimization while aligning with Danaher Business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, engineering, or business field (advanced degree preferred).
10+ years of product management, development, or related experience with leadership in a matrix environment.
Strong knowledge of Mass Spectrometry and Chromatography workflows and lifecycle needs.

Responsibilities

Set product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunities, and SCIEX strategy.
Lead and develop the product management team with clear priorities and accountability.
Translate feedback and technical inputs into requirements, lifecycle decisions, and launch plans.
