Danaher Corporation - SCIEX Mass Spectrometry division seeks a Director of Mass Spectrometry Product Management to lead the product roadmap for mass spectrometry platforms, LC, and related workflows. You will translate customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility into clear product requirements, lifecycle decisions, launches, and portfolio choices to drive growth and differentiation.

You will report to the Senior Director and be based onsite in Marlborough, MA or Concord, ON,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical or business field; 10+ years PM/leadership in matrix environments.
• Strong understanding of Mass Spectrometry and Chromatography technologies and workflows.
• Proven ability to translate customer and market inputs into strategy, roadmaps, and launches.

Responsabilidades

• Set product vision and roadmap based on customer needs, market opportunities, and SCIEX technology strategy.
• Lead and develop the product management team with clear priorities, decision rights, and accountability.
• Translate feedback and technical inputs into requirements, business cases, and launch plans.
• Apply Danaher Business System to drive disciplined execution and measurable results.
• Make portfolio and lifecycle decisions across value, differentiation, feasibility, quality, and profitability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Finance, Legal/IP, and Supply Chain.
