Experience with data sourcing, transformation, governance, and lineage in Capital Markets domains.
Strong ability to communicate complex data concepts to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Drive business data requirements aligned with regulatory commitments across functions.
Lead stakeholder engagement with Markets Business, EDO, and working groups.
Develop executive-level communications and progress reports for steering committees and leadership.
Oversee implementation of Citi Data Governance Policy within Markets and advise Domain Managers.
Manage multiple data initiatives including data quality, lineage, and taxonomy; track risks and dependencies.
