Collaborate with Account Management, Product, and Seller Success to scale initiatives, improve metrics, and lead reporting that informs strategic decisions for marketplace growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/analytics field and ecommerce exposure.
• 3-5 years in ecommerce, marketplace, merchandising, analytics, or seller success.
• Strong knowledge of listing quality, content, ratings, reviews, assortment health.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own OLQ reporting across content, ratings, reviews, offer strength and transactability.
• Identify assortment opportunities and high-demand assortment opportunities.
• Partner with Account Management and Seller Success to improve metrics.
• Develop recurring performance reporting and executive-ready updates.
• Translate data into actionable seller guidance for teams and leadership.
