Job summary

Cactus Club Cafe in Vancouver is seeking a sales-driven marketer to own the corporate sales program. You will build relationships with accounts, manage gift card lifecycles, and drive revenue through third-party partnerships.

This role focuses on developing campaigns to boost measur-able sales and coordinating cross-functional efforts with delivery and marketing teams. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales and marketing experience, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to turn reporting

• Develop regional and national gift card campaigns to drive sales
• Support delivery initiatives across Cactus Club Cafe and King Taps
• Partner with third-party delivery platforms to grow orders and improve program economics
• Track and analyze gift card and delivery performance for growth strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and communicate program initiatives

Drivers of our sales, creative and brand initiatives, the Marketing Team produces company-wide digital, internal, and external marketing communications while also supporting both head office and operations with sales, brand and recruitment driving projects.

You Are

• A sales-driven marketer with 3+ years of sales and marketing experience, ideally including gift card programs
• Business-minded with the ability to see how programs fit into the bigger picture and where they can have the most impact
• A revenue-focused leader responsible for building the sales pipeline to consistently meet key targets
• Detail-oriented, keeping execution seamless across multiple channels and competing priorities
• Data-driven decision maker who turns sales reporting into actionable strategy
• A collaborative partner who works cross-functionally with key departments
• Creative problem solver who spots new growth opportunities

You Will Be Responsible For

• Owning and managing the corporate sales program, building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing accounts
• Overseeing gift card lifecycle, including distribution and cross-channel inventory
• Driving revenue growth through third-party gift card partnerships
• Developing regional and national gift card campaigns that drive measurable sales growth
• Supporting delivery initiatives across Cactus Club Cafe and King Taps, from promotional planning through to in-market execution
• Partnering with third-party delivery platforms to grow order volume and improve program economics
• Tracking and analyzing gift card and delivery performance to drive actionable growth strategies
• Collaborating cross-functionally to plan, execute, and communicate program initiatives

• Provide compensation between $70,000 to $80,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
