Drivers of our sales, creative and brand initiatives, the Marketing Team produces company-wide digital, internal, and external marketing communications while also supporting both head office and operations with sales, brand and recruitment driving projects.

YOU ARE:

• A post secondary graduate who has 1+ years of experience in a digital marketing or related role
• Ambitious, resourceful and innovative with strong research and problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven and analytical with strong technical instincts and a passion for driving results
• Comfortable navigating and learning new digital tools and platforms independently
• Adaptable and organized, able to pivot with change and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Supporting the execution and optimization of digital marketing channels, including email, SMS, SEO, paid media, and website
• Assisting with marketing initiatives, projects and ad hoc tasks to support the broader marketing team
• Overseeing Google My Business and other local listings
• Implementing and optimizing paid media channels, including audience research, budget management, keyword optimization, and reporting
• Managing email and SMS channels, including setup, deployment, list growth, messaging, and reporting
• Coordinating creative assets and copy requests with the creative team
• Monitoring and analyzing performance to provide insights and recommendations
• Collaborating with brand, creative, and digital teams to ensure seamless execution across platforms.

• Provide compensation between $50,000 to $60,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
