Fraction is one of Canada’s newest mortgage lenders with a unique mortgage offering : we enable homeowners to put their mortgage payments on pause for up to five years.

We are seeking a marketing specialist to work on-site in Vancouver to grow our top-line and improve operations. Most of our business comes through mortgage brokers, so your focus will likely be on driving more business from that market segment. Your responsibilities will be primarily defined by your ideas and initiatives. Examples include :

• Managing social media : Improve our presence on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. You can run limited ads with specific campaign objectives.
• Enhancing pipeline conversion : Analyze why mortgage applications drop out and collaborate with our sales and ops teams to improve the process, including direct communication with mortgage brokers.
• Creating marketing and sales collateral : Design aesthetically-pleasing slide decks, brochures, and landing pages, with support for copy as needed.
• Generating new ideas : Propose additional initiatives beyond those listed here.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and proactive : Willing to address issues and improve processes independently.
• Technical skills : Ability to build landing pages (e.g., Webflow, Squarespace) and create marketing materials.
• Excellent communication : Able to write clear content and respond to inquiries, improving materials and processes over time.
• Location : Must work in our Gastown office most days, collaborating closely with the team and reporting to the CEO.
