• Selling Points of Position: Working within a leading Financial Institution organization
• Financial Institution experience is ideal; primary focus is on email marketing with some digital (paid media)
• Potential candidates should come from well-known large organizations, advertising agencies, or related fields
• Marketing Strategies and Plans: Understand market and growth drivers, create a vision of market, channel, and segment potential, develop value propositions and proof points that enhance our competitive advantage, and translate business strategies into marketing plans.
• Consumer Insights and Trends: Leverage market research, interpret consumer information and trends, and apply findings to marketing plans, including creative and media briefs.
• Influencing and Relationship Management: Influence marketing strategies across programs to meet business goals. Build and manage strong relationships with agencies, business units, marketing partners, legal and compliance, and other internal departments to deliver effective marketing programs.
• Deliver and Monitor Results: Ensure objectives are met, monitor early indicators, and take corrective actions as needed. Analyze past results, maximize ROI, evaluate in-market activity effectiveness, and communicate results effectively. Provide marketing recommendations across programs/lines of business.
• Build Innovative Solutions: Contribute to fostering innovation within the team. Bring external ideas to solve problems. Identify gaps and unmet needs ('white space'). Influence product development with innovative ideas from inside and outside the bank.
• Budget and Project Management: Use best practices (stage gate process) to manage projects effectively—on time, on target, on budget—from initiation to completion. Navigate roadblocks by engaging stakeholders. Lead cross-functional teams and track budgets against plans.
• Analysis and Problem Solving: Define problems clearly, gather data across functions, draw insights, and make recommendations. Use data and judgment to tell stories and drive actions.
• Build and Protect the Brand: Ensure integrated marketing campaigns support positive customer experiences and the brand. Understand customer journeys and support brand delivery through customer experience.
