At the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC), we are looking for an analytical ace with a creative spark to join our team in a newly created position.
Position Overview:
TIAC is seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Specialist to develop, manage, and implement innovative marketing initiatives that support Business Development, Events (Tourism Congress, Canadian Tourism Awards, Tourism Week in Canada, Regional Roundtables and Rendez-Vous Canada), the READI TM Program, and Membership recruitment and retention.
This role will lead the ideation, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns while ensuring strategic alignment with objectives and KPIs across all marketing functions. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen TIAC’s brand, expand reach, drive engagement, and support revenue-generating activities.

Qualifications:
TIAC employees currently follow a hybrid model with 2 days/week in office in downtown Ottawa. You must live within commutable distance to be considered.
