Henry Schein Canada is seeking a Marketing Specialist to remote-support marketing for Power Brands and Owned Brands. You will translate product features into compelling materials for dental and medical audiences and collaborate with multiple teams to move initiatives from idea to execution.

You will refine content, apply branding standards, and use data-driven insights to support demand for new and existing products in a remote Canada setting.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, product marketing or related fields.
• Strong writing, proofreading and coordination skills.
• Experience developing content and coordinating cross-functional projects.

Bring together content, brand thinking and project coordination as a Marketing Specialist with Henry Schein Canada. You will support marketing for Henry Schein Products Power Brands and Owned Brands, helping translate product features and customer benefits into clear, compelling materials for dental and medical audiences.

Working with Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Product Management, Commercial and other partners, you will help move marketing initiatives from idea to execution - keeping projects organized, content on brand and teams aligned while supporting demand for new and existing products.

What You Will Do

• Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of marketing materials for Henry Schein Products Power Brands and Owned Brands, maintaining brand standards across assets and activities.
• Create and refine marketing content using strong writing and proofreading skills, including the thoughtful use of AI and LLM tools to support content development.
• Learn a broad portfolio of dental and medical products, translating product features and customer benefits into relevant marketing communications.
• Coordinate marketing projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, meetings, documentation and follow-up to keep work moving forward.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Commercial, Creative, Digital, Regulatory, Legal and other teams, clearly communicating objectives, requirements, status and next steps.
• Use research, available data and sound judgment to identify issues, gather customer, product and competitive insights, and recommend practical solutions that support marketing and business objectives.

What You Bring

You bring 2-4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, product marketing, product management, communications or a related field, along with a solid understanding of marketing and brand principles. You are a strong writer and proofreader with excellent organization, project coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills, and you are comfortable managing multiple priorities while collaborating across a matrixed, virtual organization. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline is typically preferred, although relevant professional experience will be considered. Experience supporting content development, marketing planning or marketplace assessments is valuable; knowledge of the healthcare or dental market is an asset, but not required.
