skiKrumb is the world's first and only radio GPS tracker designed for ski resorts. Following a successful launch at Big White and Apex in 2023, 7 resorts in 2024, we're expanding to several new resorts this winter! We placed 3rd in the New Ventures BC competition last year and recently finished in the top 6 in the Okanagan Angel Summit in 2024.

Our CEO, Keith MacIntyre, has over 25 years of software engineering experience and a proven track record of building high-performance teams having ran a successful software consulting company, Big Bear Software for over 20 years.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to drive consumer sales growth at our key partner resorts, including Big White, Revelstoke, SilverStar, and Sun Peaks. This full-time position will be dedicated to fostering strong relationships with resort staff and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand's presence and increase sales.
Key Focus: Increase consumer sales at existing partner resorts
Job Activities:
•Resort Partnership and Communication:•Establish and maintain direct communication with marketing staff at partner resorts •Develop and implement collaborative marketing plans with each resort. •Build strong relationships with resort marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
•Event Planning and Execution:•Schedule and plan events for the upcoming winter season during the summer months. •Coordinate logistics, promotion, and execution of events at partner resorts.
•Creative Campaign Development:•Generate unique ideas and offerings to build brand awareness throughout the summer and into the season. •Develop creative marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
•Content Creation and Distribution:•Supply resort marketing staff with assets, videos, and materials to facilitate their content generation efforts. •Create new, engaging content for our B2C website and social media platforms. •Design targeted landing pages to streamline the consumer sales process.
•Digital Marketing Enhancement:•Increase our B2C website and social media presence to drive consumer engagement and sales. •Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance.
•Sales Optimization:•Develop strategies and tactics to close consumer sales more effectively through online channels.
Responsibilities:•Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive sales growth at partner resorts. •Manage relationships with resort marketing staff. •Plan and coordinate marketing events. •Create compelling marketing content for various platforms. •Enhance digital marketing efforts and website presence. •Track and report on marketing performance and sales results.
