We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategy and help expand our brand presence across local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developand implement marketing and sales strategiesand plansto promote a company's services,enhance brand awareness andexpand market share.
- Plan,oversee andoptimizeadvertising and promotional campaigns across various platforms.
- Conduct marketresearch to identify growth opportunities, new marketing channels,target audiences, and potential partnerships.
- Represent the companyatcommunity events,education fairs, networking events, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignmentwith business goals.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to drive continuous improvementand prepare analytical reports.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
- Prepare monthly reports for company stakeholders, summarizing key marketing and sales activities, market trends, client engagement, and overall business performance.
- Analyze and interpret IRCC data to provide actionable insights on immigration and international study trends, competitor movements, and client behavior patterns that impact company strategy.
- Evaluate sales performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, revenue growth, and client acquisition cost, presenting clear visualizations and data-driven conclusions.
- Develop and present sales and marketing strategies based on monthly performance results, recommending adjustments to campaigns, pricing, or market positioning to enhance revenue.
- Maintain transparency and accountability by tracking progress toward quarterly and annual sales targets, highlighting challenges, service development, risk management, and opportunities for growth.
- Achieve sales and marketing performance goals as set by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degreeor higher
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, partnership development, or client relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
