BD in Mississauga is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate for BD MMS to drive customer engagements, conference execution, and equipment logistics. You will collaborate with product managers and marketing leaders to align activities with commercial priorities and KPIs.

The role focuses on enhancing brand experiences at conferences, managing the MMS Customer Experience Centre, and coordinating logistics with cross-functional teams. Travel about 15% within Canada/US is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma/Certificate.
• 1–3 years sales/marketing experience in healthcare in Canada.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end customer engagement activities.
• Plan and execute conference strategies and budget tracking.
• Manage MMS Customer Experience Centre operations and lead testing of equipment.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors for booths and demonstrations.
