Rogers Communications in Ottawa, ON, is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee campaign operations, lead management in Salesforce, and data governance. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Analytics and Technology to ensure accurate routing, reliable reporting, and scalable processes.

The role drives optimization across Enterprise, SMB and partner programs, and requires 5+ years in Marketing Operations or Sales Operations, with strong Power BI, Excel, and marketing automation

Competenze

• 5+ years in Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, or Sales Operations.
• Experience supporting national sales and marketing organizations.
• Experience managing complex Salesforce campaigns and dashboards.

• Manage end-to-end campaign operations for marketing and sales programs.
• Coordinate campaign launches across channels and units.
• Ensure campaigns are executed on time and accurately.
