Job summary

Safe-Guard Product International is seeking a National Training Manager (Bilingual – French/English) to support Agents, OEMs, and dealership personnel with Safe-Guard and branded F&I training.

You will deliver training via University classes, webinars, and Train-the-Trainer sessions, coordinating with sales and field teams while leading SME-driven F&I training programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Trainer and F&I Manager.
• Bilingual English and French in a business setting.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% or more.
• Authorized to work in Canada and able to pass a background check.
• Experience delivering content remotely via multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support client training requests and deliver training through multiple mediums.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and field staff for dates and topics.
• Lead F&I interview/menu sales training as SME.
• Develop new and existing training curriculum content.
• Facilitate nationwide training events and workshops.
• Serve as training liaison to field teams and update materials as needed.

Job Overview

The National Training Manager supports Agents, OEM, Consolidator, and other related dealership personnel and field staff by providing Safe-Guard and branded F&I Training.

Job Responsibilities

• Support all assigned client training requests.
• Deliver training through a variety of mediums: University / Academy classes, Train the Trainer classes, Virtual Webinars, etc.
• Coordinate with Safe-Guard Sales and Marketing Team, Agents, Field Staff, OEM, and Consolidators for training dates and topics.
• Lead sessions that teach the F&I interview / menu sales process as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for F&I training development.
• Assist in the content development for new and existing training curriculum.
• Facilitate training events nationwide including:Multi-day training workshops (e.g., "Performance Workshops")Train-the-Trainer workshopsRide-along and In-dealership coaching sessionsOne-Day/Half-Day Training EventsVirtual Training
• Consultant for new projects & initiatives (LMS, new curriculum, etc.).
• Training liaison to field teams.
• Updates training materials as needed.
• Reports to Sr. National Sales Director, Canada.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Trainer and F&I Manager.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% or more.
• Bilingual with the ability to read, write, and speak BOTH English and French in a business setting.
• Must be % Fluent in Both English and French.
• Problem solving skills while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to use multiple platforms to deliver content remotely.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to facilitate a session training F&I products & process.
• Professional automotive industry recognitions, certifications, or awards is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
