How will you fit in the big picture?

As a Marketing Manager for Hershey & Oh Henry, you will lead the brand’s growth and health, working across teams to execute strategies flawlessly.

What will you do?

1. Develop and implement business reviews and marketing plans based on analysis and consumer insights.
2. Collaborate with research teams to direct consumer research and incorporate learnings.
3. Lead brand-building initiatives, including promotions and advertising, capturing key learnings for future activities.
4. Develop and launch new products to drive growth.
5. Manage the brand’s annual operating plan, including risks, opportunities, budgeting, SKU management, and financial forecasting.
6. Work closely with cross-functional partners, especially in sales and customer marketing, to align strategies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Education Requirements

1. Business degree or equivalent experience, preferably in marketing.
2. At least 5 years of progressive brand management experience in packaged goods or similar industries.
3. Strong leadership, teamwork, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
4. Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
5. Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
6. Proven success in leading marketing campaigns with agencies.
