Focus Hyundai in Winnipeg, MB is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead creative and digital campaigns that strengthen the brand and drive measurable results. You’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Service, and Parts to deliver timely content across channels.

The role requires hands-on experience in marketing, digital marketing, and communications, plus strong project management, a data‑driven mindset, and collaborative selling of brand experiences.

• Strong creative, communication, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and dealership channels

• Monitor market trends, campaign performance, and key metrics to identify opportunities and guide marketing strategies
• Coordinate promotional events, community initiatives, and external partners to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
