  • Manage the company website, LinkedIn and email channels, keeping content current and accurate.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers on design, video and web work.

Events & Trade Shows:

  • Own the logistics and marketing for industry events, conferences and trade shows across the US, Canada and the UK.

  • Prepare booth materials, collateral and pre- and post-event outreach.

  • Work with Sales/BD to set event goals and follow up on leads.

  • Produce and maintain sales collateral, presentation templates and customer-facing materials.

  • Support Product Go-to-Market on launch communications and announcements.

  • Help prepare marketing content for proposals and strategic pursuits when needed.

Measurement & Reporting:

  • Track campaign, web and event performance against agreed goals.

  • Report results clearly and use them to improve future programs.

  • Manage the marketing calendar and assigned budget.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, data or software industry.

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.

  • Hands-on experience running campaigns, managing a website CMS and running LinkedIn and email programs.

  • Experience planning and executing trade shows or industry events.

  • Highly organized, able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.

  • Comfortable working with sales, product and technical teams.

  • Ability to travel for events as required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Marketing experience in defense, government, geospatial or national security markets.

  • Familiarity with defense and government events in the US, Canada or the UK.

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or similar marketing and CRM tools.

  • Basic design skills with Figma, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
