Job summary

Mitsubishi HC Capital Canada is seeking a Marketing Senior Business Partner to drive integrated marketing across Canada, partnering with business leaders and sales teams to translate objectives into measurable marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with execution, manages digital and social campaigns, and collaborates with U.S.-based teams to support North American growth. Hybrid work options and office presence in Trois-Rivières, Laval, or Montréal are available.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within financial services, equipment finance, commercial finance, or related industries.
  • Experience managing digital marketing and social media programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary marketing partner for Canadian business leaders and sales teams by providing marketing insights, recommendations, and proactive guidance.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Provide recommendations that support growth within key verticals, including transportation, construction, industrial, and commercial finance.
  • Collaborate closely with U.S.-based marketing managers on cross-border initiatives, shared campaigns, best practice exchange, and programs that support North American business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the Canadian marketing budget, allocating resources across initiatives, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring investments support business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events, and partner channels that support lead generation, awareness, customer engagement, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, web properties, and campaign assets by working collaboratively with internal brand resources and external partners.
  • Manage campaigns from planning through measurement and optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns are completed on schedule and achieve defined objectives.
  • Develop compelling content that supports business objectives and customer engagement.
  • Oversee prospect communications, newsletters, email campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, brand standards, and value propositions.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create relevant industry-focused content.
  • Manage the company's LinkedIn presence and social strategy in Canada.
  • Develop content aligned with product/solution priorities, industry trends, and business objectives.
  • Monitor engagement and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
  • Utilize analytics to guide content and campaign decisions.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, customer-facing materials, and marketing resources.
  • Support business development efforts through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve market visibility and strengthen awareness of company offerings.
  • Work closely with sales leaders to understand challenges and develop marketing solutions.
  • Measure campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop regular reporting on digital, social media, and campaign metrics.
  • Make recommendations based on performance data and business impact.
  • Demonstrate the value of marketing activities through measurable outcomes
  • Perform other tasks as required

The Marketing Senior Business Partner, Canada is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that support business growth, strengthen partner relationships, and increase market awareness across Canada. This role serves as a strategic marketing partner to business leaders and sales teams, translating business objectives into measurable marketing initiatives that drive results.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution, proactively identifies opportunities, and independently drives projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary marketing partner for Canadian business leaders and sales teams by providing marketing insights, recommendations, and proactive guidance.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Provide recommendations that support growth within key verticals, including transportation, construction, industrial, and commercial finance.

The profile we are looking for

Education and Experience:
