We're TFC. The Festival Company. We're a female owned and operated company that genuinely strives to make the world a better place. We build world class experiences for fans from all walks of life, from Extreme Mudfest to Bestie Brunch, alongside the Megaphone Project, a community for women building businesses on their own terms, and the Dallas Smith Lifted Youth and Mental Health Foundation.
We believe in connection and community over competition. Philanthropy is deeply rooted in everything we do, and our non-negotiable is leaving an impact in every community we serve. We're rooted in a love for connection, music, sport, entertainment, and giving back, and we believe a rising tide floats all boats.
We're a small team. That means you're not fetching coffee. You're in the room, on the ground, and in the details that make our marketing actually work.
We're looking for a marketing and social media intern to work directly with our marketing coordinator, Brooke Dixon. You'll be hands-on across weekly content postings, reels, and channel upkeep, with exposure across every brand we run.
This role works across all TFC brands, including Extreme Mudfest, Bestie Brunch, our contracted clients, the Megaphone Project, and our parent company, The Festival Company

October 1, 2026 to May 2027. For the right candidate, there's an opportunity to stay on as a summer intern and grow within the company.
Standard working hours are 9:30am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around your class schedule.
You'll get real exposure to how marketing runs across a multi-brand company, from weekly content to full channel management. Not theory. Not a shadow role. Actual work, actual responsibility, actual impact.
