Konstruct is seeking a Marketing Intern for a paid 16-week winter term in Calgary. You will wear multiple hats, learn from industry experts, and contribute to client campaigns while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Candidates must be located in the Calgary area and currently enrolled in a post-secondary program. This paid internship offers growth opportunities and potential transition to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Diploma/ Degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or Communications.
• Experience with a variety of social media and content tools.
• 1–2 years of experience in a relevant position.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing team to support client goals.
• Create reels and stories for Instagram.
• Support video production and editing.
• Write blog posts, landing pages, social content, ad copy, newsletters.
• Use Canva to design social graphics.
• Conduct on-page SEO to improve page rankings.
• Assist with post-launch SEO tracking.
• Assist paid media campaign performance and testing.
• Plan office events and contribute ideas to the Kulture Club.
