Job summary

Autism Services in Regina invites a Marketing Intern for a four‑month term from September to December 31, 2026. The role offers flexible hours Monday to Friday, 8 hours daily, with a typical 8:00–16:30 or 8:30–17:00 schedule.

You will support the Marketing team with campaigns, update materials in Adobe Creative Cloud, assist with content development, coordinate with internal staff and vendors, and help organize files and proofs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Marketing/Communications program or equivalent experience.
• Experience with social media, digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, is an asset.
• Open positive personality, collaborates well with others and has strong verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, projects and day-to-day activities.
• Update marketing materials, documents and other creative assets using Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Assist with content development and coordination for digital and traditional marketing channels.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to help keep projects, deliverables and timelines on track.
• Organize and maintain marketing files, template, contact lists, and other department resources.
• Assist with proofreading and quality assurance of marketing materials.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the Marketing team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in, or recently completed a Marketing, Communications, Business or related program, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with social medial, digital marketing or content creation would be considered an asset.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe InDesign, would be considered and asset.
• Open positive personality, collaborates well with others and has excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
