MoD is seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Engagement Manager to lead initiatives that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention across digital and traditional marketing channels. Our client is a technical leader and is looking for someone to be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that enhance customer relationships, increase lifetime value, and support overall business goals.

Key Duties:

• Develop and implement a customer engagement strategy across key touchpoints including email, social media, website, and events.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving engagement, product adoption, and retention.
• Collaborate with content, product, and creative teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
• Analyze the customer journey and identify key opportunities to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Track and measure engagement metrics (open rates, click-through rates, churn, NPS, etc.) to optimize campaigns and inform strategy.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized and timely communication.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align engagement strategies with broader company goals.
• Foster community engagement through webinars, events, user groups, or forums.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for customer-centric marketing.
