With a strong reputation for craftsmanship and client satisfaction, they are looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Director to elevate their brand presence, drive strategic initiatives, and lead the marketing function during an exciting phase of growth.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand visibility, supports business development, and positions the company as a top-tier provider in its space. You’ll work closely with the executive team and cross-functional leaders to ensure consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and marketing innovations that generate measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives and growth targets
  • Lead all brand, digital, content, and corporate communication strategies
  • Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to support winning pursuits
  • Oversee the creation of case studies, project showcases, videos, and other branded assets
  • Enhance online presence through SEO, website optimization, and targeted digital campaigns
  • Develop internal and external communications, press releases, newsletters, and media outreach
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI
  • Manage and mentor a small, growing marketing team and vendor relationships
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and project materials

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing—construction, architecture, real estate, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on skills in branding, digital, and content marketing
  • Strong leadership and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and visual content development skills
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decisions
