Salary Range: $58,090 to $78,590

Established in 1999, the Association is the only organization in Canada that focuses on the capacity development and day to day needs of Indigenous professionals working in all areas of management, finance and governance – today’s leaders and those of the future.
AFOA Canada is looking for a creative and energetic candidate to join the Marketing and Communications team as a Marketing Designer. Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Communications, the incumbent will create and deliver marketing content and provide administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team. They will be responsible for digital content creation for social media, the AFOA Canada and ILC websites, and the newsletter, helping to implement the Marketing and Communications strategy in accordance with graphic standards. They will also design marketing collateral for print and use data insights from analytics to improve design and marketing effectiveness.

This is a full-time position at the AFOA Canada office, in Ottawa, Ontario. Some travel is required. An attractive compensation and benefits package is offered for the position.
