Xero Limited in Vancouver is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a small team of 3 Data Scientists and own North America marketing measurement, including campaign and event impact, churn, and funnel effectiveness.

You will drive AI-augmented insights and establish rhythms that coordinate across Australia, the UK, South Africa, and North America, aligning delivery with business questions and decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on data analysis and dashboarding across marketing campaigns.
• Strong SQL and Python with experience in BigQuery and GA/Mixpanel.
• Experience leading a small data science team and partnering with marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own North America marketing measurement, including campaign and event impact.
• Lead a team of 3 data scientists across regions and coach them.
• Set operating rhythms to align multi-timezone delivery and urgency.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable insights for business decisions.
