Are you an energetic and outgoing student with a passion for marketing and communications? We’re looking for a student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business to join our growing Marketing team for a 5-month term.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting real-world campaigns, content creation, and events that make an impact. You’ll be based in our Oakville Regional Office and work closely with the corporate marketing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with social media content and scheduling
  • Supporting the planning and execution of corporate, resident, and charitable events
  • Providing on-demand translation from English to French (if applicable)
  • Capturing and editing photography, including virtual tours
  • Helping with general administrative tasks as needed
  • Participating in other marketing and event-related activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business program
  • Outgoing, energetic, and eager to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable with basic photography and editing tools (an asset)

Additional Information

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
  • This is a 5-month contract role running from May to September
