Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, fluently bilingual Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role has evolved into a high-impact position that balances creative copywriting with rigorous operational oversight. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate is a proactive "owner" who can manage high-volume communications, oversee complex procurement, and execute weekly property events with 100% accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Communication & Content: Compose 7–8 email copies per week for various segments (VIP, Gifting, Inactive, etc.), maintaining schedules up to one month in advance.
• Quality Control & Editorial: Review, proofread, and edit all documents, presentations, and creative assets to ensure 100% accuracy and alignment with brand standards
• Event Execution: Coordinate and execute weekly Tuesday Night Jackpot Parties
• Procurement & Finance: Manage the full purchasing lifecycle of the Marketing Department, including quotes, samples, and the high-volume processing of Purchase Orders (POs) within our procurement software
• Invoice Review & AP Coordination: Review 10-20 vendor invoices weekly for accuracy against POs before forwarding to Accounts Payable
• Digital Signage: Conduct regular content audits and coordinate screen updates with IT
• Project Management: Maintain the monthly master calendar to ensure all deadlines are met and send daily designer task lists to organize priorities
• Bilingualism & Translation: Act as the primary lead for all French translations of marketing collateral and internal communications
• Inventory & Logistics: Oversee marketing storage rooms and logistics for on-property promotional displays and signage
• On-Site Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all marketing requests from other departments, Including Food & Beverage, Gaming, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Facilities

Qualifications

• Bilingualism: Must be perfectly fluent in English and French (written and verbal)
• Organization skills: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, complex workflows with precision. Meticulous attention to detail and a system-driven approach to logistics and inventory are essential
• Education & Experience: Previous marketing experience is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and experience in the gaming industry are considered strong assets
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and experience working with different AI tools.Experience with Monday.com or Procurify is highly preferred
• Core Competencies: Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Autonomy: Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative on process improvements
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform some physical labor, including setting up promotional displays and handling deliveries

• Révision de factures : Vérifier l'exactitude de 10 à 20 factures de fournisseurs par semaine par rapport aux bons de commande avant de les transmettre aux comptes payables
• Affichage numérique : Effectuer des audits réguliers du contenu et coordonner les mises à jour des écrans avec le département TI
• Gestion de projet : Tenir à jour le calendrier maître mensuel pour respecter les échéances et envoyer quotidiennement les listes de tâches aux designers pour organiser les priorités
• Bilinguisme et traduction : Agir en tant que responsable principal pour toutes les traductions françaises du matériel marketing et des communications internes
• Inventaire et logistique : Superviser les salles d'entreposage marketing et la logistique des présentoirs promotionnels et de la signalisation sur la propriété
• Soutien sur place : Servir de point de contact principal pour toutes les demandes marketing des autres départements (Restauration, Jeu, Ressources Humaines, Entretien et Installations)

Qualifications

• Bilinguisme : Parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et oral)
• Sens de l'organisation : Capacité démontrée à gérer des flux de travail complexes et volumineux avec précision. Une attention méticuleuse aux détails et une approche systématique de la logistique et de l'inventaire sont essentielles
• Éducation et expérience : Expérience préalable en marketing requise ; un baccalauréat en marketing et une expérience dans l'industrie du jeu sont de solides atouts
• Compétences techniques : Maîtrise de Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) et expérience avec divers outils d'IA. Une expérience avec Monday.com ou Procurify est fortement privilégiée
