Job summary

Eclipse Automation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator (Co-op) in Cambridge, ON. You will gain hands-on B2B marketing experience across content, communications, campaigns, digital marketing, video, and events.

You will contribute to social media, internal communications, and campaign efforts while learning in a fast-paced global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience writing for business, social media, or newsletters.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and file management.
  • Comfortable conducting research and presenting findings.
  • Familiar with MS Office; experience with Hootsuite, HubSpot, or WordPress is a plus.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
  • Interest in B2B marketing and advanced manufacturing.
  • Students should be enrolled in a post-secondary program requiring a co-op/work term.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish social media content (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) per brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to internal communications like newsletters, videos, and town halls with HR and Content teams.
  • Assist with digital marketing projects: website updates, SEO, and digital ads.
  • Support campaign management in HubSpot, including list organization and lead scoring.
  • Provide on-site support for events and video shoots: setup and content gathering.
  • Research new marketing platforms and opportunities (TikTok, Reddit, Capterra).
  • Organize shared marketing files, image libraries, and task tools.
  • Coordinate team workshops, prep materials, and capture outcomes.
  • Participate in meetings and support day-to-day marketing activities.

The Position

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and curious Marketing Coordinator (Co‑op) to join our marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on B2B marketing experience with a global leader in advanced manufacturing automation. You’ll contribute to projects across content, communications, campaigns, digital marketing, video, and events – while building skills that prepare you for a career in marketing or communications.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and publish social media content (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram) in alignment with brand guidelines and direction from the Content team
  • Contribute to internal communications activities such as the newsletter, videos, town halls – partnering with the HR and Content teams
  • Assist with digital marketing projects such as website updates, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Support campaign management processes in HubSpot, including list organization and lead scoring
  • Provide on‑site support for events and video shoots, including setup, logistics, and gathering content
  • Conduct research to explore new marketing platforms and opportunities (e.g., TikTok, Reddit, Capterra)
  • Assist with organizing shared marketing files, image libraries, and task management tools
  • Coordinate and facilitate team workshops and brainstorming sessions, including prepping materials and capturing outcomes
  • Participate in meetings, collaborate with the team, and support day‑to‑day marketing activities
  • Work and collaborate in a team environment, actively participating and engaging in group meetings
  • Ensure deadlines are met, notifying the appropriate departments/stakeholders if milestones are delayed or at risk
  • Maintain a strong corporate citizen role in support of the Eclipse Corporate Vision
  • Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the Eclipse Automation Inc. Conduct Code
  • Foster the development of a culture reflective of the core values of the business
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently enrolled in a post‑secondary program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
