Eclipse Automation in Cambridge is seeking a Mechanical Production Project Lead for the afternoon shift. The successful candidate will lead mechanical manufacturing and coordinate project deliverables while ensuring adherence to Eclipse's standards and procedures.
With a focus on team leadership and project management, you will guide staff, enforce safety policies, and work collaboratively across departments. This role requires a Certificate of Qualification and a minimum of 10 years in custom automation, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and Solid Works.

Reporting to the Mechanical Production Supervisors, the Mechanical Production Project Lead will provide leadership and coordination of mechanical manufacture of the project. The incumbent will assist in development and implementation of mechanical manufacturing policies and procedures, liaise directly with other department personnel to ensure project goals are met on budget, while delivering the Eclipse vision and the Eclipse entrepreneurial culture.
Note that this position is for the afternoon shift and will be eligible for a shift premium of $2.50/hr in addition to the hourly rate of pay.
