Job summary

LABPLAS in Sainte-Julie, QC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join a dynamic team in a permanent role. You will design multi-channel content, manage social media, create photo/video, and develop templates per the graphic charter.

You will bring a degree in marketing/communications or design and at least 2 years in marketing or communications, with strong Adobe skills and fluency in French, English and Spanish. The position offers growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• College or university degree in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing or communications experience (B2B an asset).
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing).
• Experience in creating photo and video content, including editing.
• Experience in social media management.
• Ability to design, write and produce marketing content for different channels.
• Trilingualism (French, English and Spanish) daily professional communications.
• Experience organizing trade fairs or events (asset).
• Portfolio of achievements (asset).

Responsibilities

• Design and produce multi-channel content: website, social networks, banners, promotions, campaigns, sales materials and product launches.
• Create photo content and video.
• Create and develop design templates according to the graphic charter.
• Bring LABPLAS brand to life visually and editorially.
• Stimulate community interest in LABPLAS.
• Prepare commercial materials for representatives and distributors.
• Manage presence at trade shows and exhibitions, here and abroad.
• Collaborate on campaigns with lead generation and loyalty specialists.
• Support additional marketing and communications projects.
