Responsibilities include managing inventory data, overseeing sales workflow, coordinating staff training, and ensuring timely deal processing. The position offers a CAD 50k–55k annual pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative, sales coordination, or dealership support role is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Proficiency with dealership software (experience with One-Eighty is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager by ensuring all dealership processes and policies are current and consistently followed.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date delivery schedule.
  • Print dealer trades and wholesale bills of sale.
  • Track funding of contracts from the business office.
  • Ensure proper vehicle registrations and process RDRs.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including: Assigning stock numbers; Maintaining vehicle inventory records; Managing dealer defaults and group dealer options in One-Eighty; Recording delivered vehicles; Updating lot status, demo mileage, and vehicle pricing.
  • Complete daily CRM alerts to avoid duplicates in One-Eighty.
  • Track and enter daily floor traffic and telephone traffic; prepare monthly activity reports.
  • Assist the finance office to ensure files and deals are completed promptly.
  • Support the GM with daily and weekly reporting requirements.
  • Update gas books, receipts, telephone lists, vehicle inventory lists, and coordinate business card and stationery orders.
  • Ensure all Sales staff complete required training and coordinate One-Eighty software training.
  • Monitor that applicable employees maintain current VSA licensing.
  • Oversee reception staff and ensure proper coverage at all times.

Position Overview

Sales Administrator at Mercedes-Benz Langley plays a key role in supporting the Sales Manager, General Manager, and Sales team to ensure smooth and efficient dealership operations. This position is responsible for maintaining administrative accuracy, ensuring compliance with established processes, and contributing to an exceptional customer and team experience.

Working in close partnership with leadership, the Sales Administrator supports the dealership’s strategic success by managing inventory data, overseeing sales workflow compliance, coordinating staff training, and ensuring timely and accurate deal processing.

The expected annual pay for this position is $50,000.00-$55,000.00

Primary Duties And Responsibilities
