Job summary

Triumph Group of Companies in Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to turn ideas into content, sales materials, campaigns, and events across Heather & Little, PrimeFab, Haus Architectural Supply, and Rawley Resort & Marina. You'll work closely with the marketing team, division leaders, and sales, ensuring timely execution and polished communications.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Confidence building and formatting PowerPoint presentations with good layout, consistency, and readability.
  • Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus social media, email marketing, or website updates.
  • Experience supporting events or trade shows and keeping supplier, material, and logistics details organized.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit social posts, email content, website updates, newsletters, and announcements, adapting the message for each audience and checking facts with the right people.
  • Build and update PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, product sheets, and proposal materials that are easy to follow and accurate before review.
  • Schedule approved social posts, prepare email campaigns, and make website content updates, checking links, images, formatting, and approvals before anything goes live.
  • Coordinate events and trade shows, tracking registrations, supplier deadlines, booth materials, shipping, staffing, and event checklists.
  • Organize lead information from events and campaigns so sales can follow up quickly.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and task trackers, confirm requirements and deadlines, and flag delays early so the team can respond.
  • Prepare clear requests for designers, printers, and suppliers, coordinate revisions, and confirm finished materials meet the brief and brand guidelines.
  • Use approved templates and keep the same brand standard across every division's material.
  • Organize photography, logos, presentations, and other assets so colleagues can always find the right version.
  • Compile basic social, email, and campaign reports, check the data, and share useful observations with the marketing team.

How Your Role Contributes to the Business

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll report to the Marketing Manager and turn good ideas into content, sales materials, campaigns, and events across businesses like Heather & Little, PrimeFab, Haus Architectural Supply, and Rawley Resort & Marina. You'll work closely with the marketing team, division leaders, and sales, with support as you learn our businesses and real responsibility for keeping your own work on track. Good work in this role means presentations go out clean, event details never slip through the cracks, and when something does get missed, you flag it early, fix it, and tighten the checklist so it doesn't happen again.

What You Bring to the Table
Technical Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination role, with examples of work you helped deliver
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to turn rough notes into clear content
  • Confidence building and formatting PowerPoint presentations, with a good eye for layout, consistency, and readability
  • Practical experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, plus hands-on work with social media, email marketing, or website updates (a CMS, email platform, project management tool, or CRM is a bonus)
  • Experience supporting events or trade shows and keeping supplier, material, and logistics details organized.
  • Experience in construction, building products, manufacturing, or another B2B environment is an asset
